crisisplan.eu is a free private information project on crisis preparedness. It is not a commercial service and not an official or professional advisory body. By using the site, you accept these notes.
This English version is for convenience. If anything differs, the German version prevails.

These notes cover the website and the planner, where personal crisis plans are stored only locally in your browser.
What crisisplan is (and is not)
crisisplan.eu offers general orientation on crisis and emergency preparedness and a simple tool for your personal plan. Use is free. There are no accounts and no registration.
No paid advisory or professional service relationship is created. The content does not replace professional, medical or legal advice, nor official instructions from authorities or emergency services. In an acute emergency, call the Europe-wide number 112 and follow the competent services.
Content without warranty
All information is for general orientation only, without any guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Please check critical points with the bodies responsible for you and with current official warnings.
Availability
There is no entitlement to constant availability or that every feature will remain forever. Operation may be restricted, changed or discontinued at any time.
Local storage — your responsibility
Your crisis plans stay only in your browser. The operator does not receive, store or back them up and cannot restore them if they are lost.
You are responsible for backups (e.g. print, PDF, export under “Your data”). Clearing site data, changing device without export, or automatic storage clean-up can erase plans for good.
Only enter other people’s data (e.g. emergency contacts) insofar as you need them for your own preparedness.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the site — nothing that harms security, availability or integrity, and no automated bulk scraping beyond ordinary browsing.
Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. To the extent permitted by law, further liability for providing this free information offering is excluded — without prejudice to mandatory law (in particular intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health).

Content is protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. Broader use needs consent unless the law allows it. See also the Impressum.
